So I'm recovering from horrible salmonella poisoning. The culprit was likely undercooked chicken.... thanks a lot local wingstop.

Any one else ever had a run with this stuff?

Yeah, I've seen chicken at the local grocery. It can be quite tasty when prepared right.

I've had minor food poisoning several times before. No more than moderate diarrhea and vomiting. Usually from something being left out too long.

yeah i ate a huge bowl of chili that my parents left for me in the microwave when they left for vacation, I was aware it was in there but didn't think anything of it, and on the 3rd day they were gone on vacation, i was a bit hungry and microwaved the chili. it tasted pretty damn good, until a few hours later..

I frequently eat days old food that has been sitting out and have had no problems. I like it better, usually.

But not meat or anything like that...

I like my chicken well done & would probably throw it away or take it back if I purchased it undercooked. However, I prefer my beef to be bloody as hell.
? :)
