Someone REALLY needs to give these shows an offer they can't refuse and steal them away from Fox if they aren't bound by contract. All the shows (with the exception of Family Guy which I now think should have remained cancelled) they have screwed around with would be better in terms of treatment and even possibly humor levels if the studio stopped interfering and let the artists do their damn work.

Comedy Central can't afford to pay the voice actors as much as they made before.

In this whole thing Comedy Central is probably the only good guys.

First of all, Futurama will never, ever get recast. I think even FOX knows that a recast Futurama will be unacceptable no matter how good the writing is. It's a threat they're making to try and establish some kind of bargaining power, but they have to know that the same people who made it worthwhile for FOX to pick Futurama up again are big enough nerds that they're not going to put up with second-rate voice acting. Futurama is funny as written, but it's not going to be network-TV-time-slot-funny without the original cast.

So yeah. It'll either have most of the original actors on board, or they won't bother airing it at all.

Oh, and I still can't believe there's a Cleveland Show. The comparison that came immediately to mind was the creators of How I Met Your Mother producing a show centered around Marshall Eriksen, but The Marshall Show would actually be a whole lot less retarded.

I don't like them either, but I think Fox is definitely much more insane than they are. Most networks just put a spin on things. Fox just makes **** up.
