The ignore feature of this forum is hilariously ironic in it's implementation: It brings more attention to the person you are trying to ignore by making their post stand out via an automated announcement "this person is on your ignore list," thus making it very noticeable on a passing glance. I dare say it's easier to "ignore" an annoying poster by overseeing their crap post when it is mixed in with 39 others that look same (besides post quality).
