Hi I'm Brandon.

I'm here to tell you the story of how Andrea (andreawesome), Jon (SAJN), and I (dalf) invaded Comic Con 2009 in my lovely home town San Diego, CA.

After getting lost many times trying to find Andrea's house, I pick her up and mosey towards the San Diego Convention Center. I knew where to part, and that was Petco Park. Anywhere's else would have taken 2 hours. Yeah it was a walk but we got exercise! We arrive at about 5:30 PM at gate B where Jon was able to use his skillz and sneak us into the Con. We were "exhibitors" for about five minutes. After that we were let loose to roam about the convention!

Because VB is epic fail, I have to break this **** apart into two posts.

Afterwards we went to a place called Dick's Last Resort. To those never been there, it most definitely a different style of restaurant. Politeness doesn't exist and you throw napkins and **** at other people.

So after throwing a napkin ball at our server, I get one of these. Other people got them with more hilarious things on them. Soon followed was a hail of items thrown at me


Jon is preparing a "wad" to blow all over unsuspecting patrons. We got press-ganged into helping.

Also I'm terribly jealous.. And not just over Comic Con but the fact that SAJN and dalf got to hang out with my wife and I didn't get to go. GRR.

yeah it's noon here. (I did kind of get to sleep in today though. But I had to get up because we're doing a Replenishment at Sea in a few minutes. Where we pull up beside another boat and take on supplies and fuel and stuff.)
