**** yes! Chase and Status' first full length is so goddamn ace--especially Against All Odds' dubstep remix and Eastern Jam.

That said;

Starkey - Ephemeral Exhibits
Slowmotion Soundz - Fear And Loathing in Huntsvegas (album was helped to be produced by Diplo, one of the top electronica producers in the world, and takes place with a hip hop group from my home town. Even if you don't like hip hop, as long as you like techno I'd suggest giving it a listen because some of the tracks' beats are ****ing amazing. Diplo and Slowmotion Soundz's producer Mali Boi make this cd.)
Royksopp - Junior
Deadmau5 - Random Album Title
Rusko - Bionic Commando remix

Okay so the last one's not an album, but it's ****ing ace.

If you like that cd, I'd suggest giving a quick listen to the slowmotion soundz cd I posted. It's not exactly alike, but they remix a lot of 80s and 90s pop music for their beats; one song is even taken from a final fantasy crystal theme techno remix. I'd also suggest Starkey, Heyoka, Danger, Breakbot, Justice (of course), DaTA, and the obvious MSTRKRFT and Deadmau5 for good electronica.

This thread makes me feel old. I've never even heard of 99% of the bands listed here.

Couldn't pick albums, but the bands I listen to most would be Soundgarden, Audioslave, Live (last two albums not so much) and Metallica.

Since I don't really have access to my music collection, I'm just going to try and pick my favorite albums of all time. The first couple are pretty easy...

Pink Floyd - The Wall
Blue October - Foiled
Stone Sour - Come What(ever) May
Goo Goo Dolls - Dizzy Up The Girl
Three Days Grace - One X
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Hmm, lets see..

Nine Inch Nails - Year Zero Been listening to this way too much recently
A Perfect Circle - Thirteenth Step
Skindred - Demo Imho it's better than either of their actual releases. Why they never officially released these songs I'll never know.
The Mars Volta - The Bedlam In Goliath. Listened to this a lot ever since it was released. Still can't get into their new album though.
DragonForce - Sonic Firestorm Was listening to a lot of dragonforce because they rock but also because I was supposed to be seeing them live on the 29th of july but they cancelled the show :argh:

Stick to listening to Dragonforce on CD, because they can't perform live to save their lives. They have no energy, they are always drunk, they can't play as fast live and it's just a big sloppy sounding un-energetic crap-fest. Trust me, be glad they cancelled.

I thought about commenting, but decided against it.

And, all of you putting greatest hits albums or compilations.. That seems like cheating to me. There's a lot of individual songs that I absolutely love but their respective albums didn't make my list because the album as a whole was not worthy.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.
