Those don't even look like the world trade center buildings. But still, that's just sick. Here, I'll quote it for effect.

I find this just as offensive as the commemorative crap people tried to seel on TV a few months after the fact. You're making money off of an incredibly tragic event in which people died.

I find that offensive.

You're blaming Bin-Ladin on these toys? And then you base YOUR assumption of Mexican's on one mexican teacher who calls you whitey? You must be an white idiot american child. I pitty you, and am ashamed to share the same country, and race with you. A shame, really. And at the same time, you wonder why exactly everyone outside of america hates americans so much.

Kirby I think there was a hint of sarcasm in his post...

Really sickening why anyone would make a "toy" of something like that. Even if the toy manufacturer or whoever okayed these is anti-america, tons of people lost their lives in cold blood in what this represents. That's just...wrong.

WTF do Mexicans have to do with this story? There is no mention of Mexicans getting mad at all Americans for this. The lady was mad that someone made a childs toy of such a terrible thing.

If it's not a depiction of the 9/11 events, it's then just a really stupid toy.

Why the hell are you not complaining about all the WW2 games and toys? anyone remember cowboys and indians when you were 5?

point is, toys will be made for stuff, it happens... don't get all excited because of some cheap plastic toy that came with your bag of candy, the trade center is history, sure it was tragic and sensless and people died, but the only reason anyone cares is because it was recently.

I foresee in the future entire actions figures of bush and bin laden and Sadam, with a WTC playset, or a ground zero playset with resuce figures like police and fire. It will most likely happen, we look back on WW2 the same way 911 will be later on and games and toys will come of it, the first wave is here, and besides, there is pricks out there that will do anything for money, boo hoo, move on.

The difference between a 9/11 re-enactment and a WW2 re-enactment is that both sides were (at least somewhat) willing participants. Making a 9/11 re-enactment is akin to id releasing "Auschwitz Director: The Game."

"Finally, you can live out the roll of a Nazi camp director in this brand new and exciting game 'Kill Jews 3000' The gore content is completelly realistic, and you can even kill kids!"

And no, glyde. There won't be toys. You don't see Pearl Harbor 'toys' depicting a cartoony japanese plane dropping bombs on a civilian hospital, do you?

You don't see toys of pearl harbour, Bust there has been at least one PC game where you relive the event... Don't quite recall the name, but it's a recent game.

Point is, **** happens, people will make money off it. Your kids kids will more then likely one day be playing a game that will involve the WTC.

What ticks me off is how, when something happens to AMERICANS, it's boo-hoo, what kind of sick, sadistic people would do that to US, the golden children of the world?

But then, subsequently, we go and invade a foreign country (which had nothing to do with the attack in the first place) and now all of a sudden it's "PATRIOTIC" for us to blow up 10,000 Iraqis for a crime they didn't commit.

I think most Americans (President and the other candidates included) should just shove it about this "Patriotism" crap until they can take responsibility for their own actions, for the thousands of lives that they've destroyed in the Middle East.

But on the topic of the toy, though it's not quite the same (the point of the toy really isn't about making money), i agree that it isn't any worse than those who tried to make money selling things in the wake of the attack.
