I have connected a computer to a TV using a TV-Out, and component cables. For some reason from what I can tell the blue..line? on the component cables doesn't seem to be recieving data, the red and green are.
I know this is not the TV or the cables, as I tried with a different computer and all was good.

What can be wrong with the video card (im guessing) and how can I fix it?

Or: cheap *** agp video card, link me.
