My school is divided into three blocks.
There is an internship after block two.
Each block will consist of 10 people.

Block 1 follows:
Month 1
6AM-12:00 PM on M T W: Cooking Fundamentals
6PM-8PM on M: Writing Fundamentals

9AM-11AM on TR F: Math
1:30PM-4:30PM on TR F: IT and Inventory management

Month 2
Replace Cooking Fundamentals with baking.
IT stays, other half is Sanitation and 'professional development'

Month 3
M T W 2PM - 4PM Table Service Lecture
T W 6-10 waiting tables for free
