I'll be the devil's advocate when I ask: was the mom at least hot?

I don't really have much patients for rapists. At all. I don't think our (That being the world's) legal systems should be so patient, either. I understand if it's a misdemenor, or a first offense, or even a second. Driving under the influence, drugs, etc. But orginized crime, gang related issues, raping, and so forth shouldn't be given any less than 20 years. Further more, 20 years is the REQUIRED time period. A complete phycological analysis of the patient (Not inmate, patient) would negate another 20 years, or freedom. Fail this 3 times (You're 60 by this time) or don't have good behavior in jail, they shoot you in the face. Or just, you know, electricute you. Of course, I'm being subjective and ignorant, I still don't see why we're so laxed in these types of situations. This child doesn't need mental help, he needs a spanking, then asked why he did it. Often times, crying and saying 'I don't know' means, instead, that "I wanted to, so I did." That's dangerous, and should be punished. 'Not Knowing' is an excuse. Unless he's got mind altering drugs (By mind altering I mean, the kind of drugs that make you rape people).
