Post the very first digital image you took
2009-09-02, 6:16 AM #1
Seeing as digital cameras have been around for quite a few years now, I thought it might be fun to post the first picture we've taken with the things. I got my first one for christmas in 2002. It was a pretty simple thing. Fujifilm FinePix A200, 2.0 megapixels, no optical zoom. It served me well until I broke it in 2005. Took over 6,500 pictures with it in total. The first one I took was shortly after putting batteries in it on christmas morning. Cat under a christmas tree.

This is the earliest picture I can find from my camera.

When a friend and I go to the firing range, he'll bring junk from his sub to shoot up :hist101:

Doubtful, I'm sure we've all seen a penis before.
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

My earliest picture is of my brother playing his DS on Christmas '05, when I got the camera. He wouldn't like it if I posted a picture of him. >_>

My first digital camera is my iphone. The first picture taken with it is probably just me playing with it after I got it home, and likely very boring and not worth posting.

I can't find it, but it was a picture I took of myself in 1998, using a Sony Mavica (the ones with the 3.5" disks for memory).

My first digital picture would have been on a cell phone in 2004 or so. That phone is probably in a landfill somewhere.

I don't think it's so much that we remember, as the fact that date/time are included in the metadata for the picture.

Although, here's the first film image I took. Christmas 1993. I was 7. My sister (featured in the picture) was 3.

It'd have to be on this oooold USB webcam I had over a decade ago. It's long gone by now.
