Looks to be pretty promising.

Also, at 1:09, you may spot someone familiar.

Finally, they realize that San Andreas got it right.

You'd think by now they'd have figured out what ambient light was.

Worst title ever?

Never played GTAIV (because I'm a cheap *******), but the trailer didn't show me anything special that would make me want to go out and get GTAIV.

It's not the worst title ever if you've played GTAIV. In fact, it makes a lot of sense.

Do the DLCs not feature Nico?

He makes a brief cameo in the other one, but no he's not really involved.

In the original thing you do meet the character you play as once.
nope.

Looks kinda cool, although I only played a couple of hours of GTA4.

Cool thing is they're releasing this and Lost and the Damned as a standalone disc that doesn't require the original. Good if you were one of the unfortunate people, like myself, to buy the PS3 version instead when it came out.

Well San Andreas is undoubtedly much better, but apart from a brief shot of the parachute I don't see how this game is anymore like SA or any less like IV.

I was under the impression that the disc was still only for the 360.
nope.

It is, but it means I get the two expansions on 360 without having to go out and buy GTA4 a second time for 360, since I originally bought it on PS3 (before I had a 360).

Ah right, I misunderstood. :P
nope.

The man facing away from the camera at 1:09 is Nico.

The story from the lost and the damned happens at the same time as gta4. In the lost and the damned you do do a mission alongside Nico (you'll remember doing the mission in the main campaign when you get to it), but you don't play as him. I'm assuming this expansion is going with the same kind of thing since gay tony was part of gta4's story.
