I need to ask the drunks of Massassi:

So I picked up a 30-rack of Labatt Blue on sale the other day.
I've been drinking since noon.
No buzz. I think I picked up a non-alcoholic case.

Am I a raging alcoholic and don't feel the effects of booze?
There is no indication anywhere on the case or cans that it is non-alcoholic.

But I'm pretty sure I should be feeling at lease a buzz after drinking most of a 30-rack since noon.

How many have you had, how fast have you been drinking them?

One of the traits of an alcoholic is to start acting really drunk after only one or two drinks and then denying their intoxication after they've had a lot.

The indication is the alcohol-by-volume percentage or lack thereof?

Although if you've missed that after the better part of 30 then you're probably drinking the alcoholic version
