Massassi mods for JO and JA compatable with Macs?

I just got a new mac laptop, and was wanting to transfer some mods from JO and JA i have on a dell, but I was wondering are Massassi files are even compatable with macs? A response would be much appreciated, and if the mods arent compatable, maybe Massassi could make a new section for it?

The .bsp files knows no Macs or PCs..
