How would it lose its hair like that though? How odd. Also says kids beat it to death because it was approaching them? I can't imagine a sloth moving in a threatening way at all.

Even if it were approaching in a threatening manner, they could have ordered a pizza, waited for it to be delivered, eaten it, and taken a **** before it ever got near them.

Disease etc, theres things like Alopecia that effect domestic mammals so I imagine it could effect animals in the wild too.

And these are teenagers in Panama, they most likely beat it because there was a group of them and they could.

Congratulations Panama! You're finally in the world news for the first time since Noriega & what's it for? A band of ****ing retarded kids beating to death a hairless sloth that looks as if it was probably ****ing half-dead as it was.

However, I must admit that if I saw something like this approaching me, even if it were only moving at snail speed, I'd probably **** myself & run home to mommy.
