The last thing I read about getting to sleep was if it takes you more than 20 minutes, get out of bed and do something else until you feel tired. You might go to bed later than you intended, but at least you're getting some sleep.

Oh, and I find audiobooks good for aiding sleep, some would disagree though.

This seems a bit off-topic but I'm curious. I don't watch Lifetime but do they stereotype men as potential rapists?
