It would've been a 09/09/09 death, would've been beautiful. Also Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, despite spelling LSD in the title, is not about LSD. It's inspired by Lennon's son's drawing of said woman. There are other songs that are a lot more explicitly about LSD.

I recently finished a job of cleaning human bones for medical students. I feel a little disturbed by it, because one of the human bodies still had its clothes on. It was a human female, and stuck to the inside of her stockings were the damn plastic toe nails that she had when she died. That, coupled with watching Sweeney Todd on the same day made me feel a little sick.

So don't mess with the deceased.
