costumes for Halloween

Any of you dressing up this Halloween? If so, what as?

I'm highly considering dishing out some serious cash to get someone competent to tailor a costume of Jack Skellington for me. I still have to hear what the costs may be. I'd be interested to hear any words of wisdom from people who actually know costuming/make-up/etc. to help me think on the matter. I just don't like to do outfits half-***, is all.

If they end up being too high, my alternates are Sogeking (from One Piece - I have most of the outfit from when I cosplayed at Otakon many years ago as Usopp, so I just need to make the mask mostly with some other cheap additions) or possibly Waluigi (though that's not likely to happen unless the outfit just falls onto my lap).

My boys are going to go as Mario and Luigi....

For myself, if I get time, I think I will try to be the Hobgoblin.

While it would certainly be stylin', it'd be difficult to do much of anything. :P

Last year I did a pretty good Sweeny Todd. Very satisfying.

Assuming I do something for halloween...

The Jayne hat. With my brown sportscoat, I suppose.

Two black button eyes. Wire to hold them on. Genius.

If I ever actually did anything, I'd probably go as a stalker.

Which would amount to wearing a thick hoodie and jeans with a gas mask and yelling I SAID COME IN, DON'T STAND THERE to everyone I met.
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

I'm not really sure what parts I'll need, but I'm considering MasterBlaster.

Haven't figured it out, but since we have a Halloween party hosted by the school I'm looking for an obscure law joke.

Or Master Cylinder.

Mike Mac, you should be Harvey Birdman, attorney at law.

You should get in contact with Spiral, see if he'll do the mask for you.

I want to try dressing up as a Spy from TF2. It would be easy if I could find a suit like that.

lmfao! Cookie to you for the AD reference.

I want to be The Burger King (because I find him creepy as hell)... but I can't find any good costumes. Building my own is too time consuming.

I usually plan my costumes out months in advance and then always end up being Dr. McNinja. Maybe since I didn't plan it out this year, I'll come up with something else at the last minute! :D

I'd love to, but:
a) Don't know how to get in contact with him.
b) He'd probably need me there personally to mold from my head
c) He's probably super-busy.

No parties planned, but if I were to dress-up, I'd dress as Gordon Freeman. That way I wouldn't have to talk to anybody if I don't feel like it. :)

a Bridge of Terror Supervisor for Six Flags America. I'll be trying out different variations on my costume on weekends throughout the month hoping to perfect it.

My current idea is to go as a Briton. I've got a bowler hat, monocle, cane and vest for an unrelated event. I think only one of these is actually British but the costume will look cool.

If I was wasted I'd probably strip down all the way eventually.

But like I said, I'm not going to any parties. I don't need the temptation of booze.
