My attempt turned out more like something you might see at a Mardi Gras event, but I think it turned out well enough considering the problems that kept cropping up. I had to take the wig off early on at the party I went to because it was drilling into my skull.

Ended up staying in with friends, watching UT destroy OSU, and playing Rock Band. Apparently 6th Street was even more of an epic ****show than usual tonight, which kind of makes me wish I'd been down there but also kind of makes me glad I stayed up north.

Sort of related - me attraction (Bridge of Terror) won Best Scary Attraction at our Fright Fest awards ceremony tonight.

That's partially because, rather than having someone pretend to be a maniac with a chainsaw, we had an actual maniac with a chainsaw. Tonight my guy scared a kid so bad that when he walked into the bathroom (to actually go to the bathroom) a the kid recognized him and actually ran away mid-pee. Gross, but totally awesome.
