Basically, my friend doesn't want to use AIM to transfer this monster 85 MB file, so he would prefer if he could download it somewhere....question is, who in this world is not corrupt enough to let me host the file for free?

Two questions

1) Is this over a network or through cable/dsl/dial-up?

2) If it's a network, why not?
