In my basement drawers I have:
An ATi Rage 3D pro, Rage 128, and 2 X550s. Nvidia TNT2, MX440(Two), and MX4000. several sound cards from assorted companies, A pentium 3 800, Celeron 433, Two Pentium 4 3.2s, serial numbers for Windows 95 (OSR2), Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0 (I have 5) Windows 2000 (I have 4) Windows XP (Pro) and Vista (Home premium), 2 Hard Drives (5 gig and 4 gig) and more useless RAM then god.

What do you have that is utterly useless but you keep around because of pack ratting?

Are those dual core P4s? If so, would you sell one or both?

3.2 GHz Westmere, not duel core. Infact im 99% sure there never was a p4 duel core, that line was dropped in favour of Core 2 Duo and Pentium Duel-Core, which is a different set entirely.
However if you want a Westmere I'de be willing to send one.
E:Prescott not Westmere

You're like the opposite of people in JO and JA that would say "wanna dual"

You're right, there are no P4 dual cores, I was thinking of Pentium Dual Core.

Er, Westmere? That's the 32nm die shrink of Nahalem.

Yeah no P4 dual cores, my P4 does have hyperthreading though.
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

I have some old 5.25 floppies. I don't even have a drive for them anymore.

Have a bunch of old 3.5 floppies I've never touched in a looong time and really old useless backup CDs too.

I still have my Gameboy Color, GBA, and Gamecube. GBA is useful since you can play old GB games, but I haven't used it for such in a loooong time.

I have 2 tubs of cables in my closet, I think there is a hard drive or two in there, but mainly cables and disks.

In the garage I easily have 5 of those cardboard boxes designed to hold 2 large stacks of paper full of car parts, including a full set of front brakes off my 91 Camaro, everything left over from an automatic-manual swap except the auto trans itself, tons of cut up wiring harnesses, a flywheel for chevy v8, a perfectly good aftermarket Crane cam for chevy v8, and a pair of cylinder heads from an 89 IROC 5.7l that are cracked and completely useless for anything except scrap iron.

I have twenty-seven computers horded away, ranging from the early- to mid-eighties to one built a few months ago, all within easy reach of where I sit.
