Dude, seriously... didn't you always have a really old computer? Weren't you still running win98 until like 18 months ago?

I remember Win95 looked really cool compared to Win3.1. Later we upgraded to 98 and the system looked pretty much the same but much less stable. Of course, we kept it going until 2005 anyway.

Er, Win 98 was much more stable than 95.

Correction, Win98SE was much more stable than 95. I also remember a lot of problems with vanilla 98.

USB support in Windows was a total gong show for a few years. Windows 95 OSR 2 whatever up until a few patches into 98SE were horribly unstable.

I'm not emo, It's just that I spent 3 days trying to get a computer to work, just to play XWA, and it turns out that it DOESN'T SUPPORT 3D ACCEL.
****.

I think this forum is full of people who like the past more anyhow. JK is ... 11 years old for petes sake. I started editing it when I was 11! That makes no sense to me.

But yeah. Still editing the bloody thing. God knows why. I'll probably end up getting an old pc to play old games on too - tie fighter and xwing especially. Theme Hospital... Worms... classic.

And now that I'm trying to remove the motherboard from the case, it seems impossible.
Compaq gave this mother****ing the stupidest ****ing screws I have ever seen, and they require a ridiculous amount of force to remove.
Doesn't help that one is UNDER THE DRIVE BAYS too.
I'm ****ing depressed, nothing ****ing works.
