Dexter finale (spoilers)

There's gotta be some Dex fans here.
What did you think of the finale?
I just finished up watching it right now.

Holy crap.
Rita is dead
I heard it would happen, but it just seemed like a BS rumour.

Though I'm questioning if this all really happened. Where did Dexter come from behind Trinity when was driving at the end? . That kinda ruins the time line for him killing Rita

Deb found out about Dex's past. No biggie

Rita left and returned in the morning, Trinity killed her at around this time then went to get his car at which point Dexter hid in the trunk (after removing the oil cap so it'd kablooey).

It was excellent. So was the Californication finale afterward.

Eh. It was okay. not really sure how i felt about it being the finale. the "Hello Dexter Morgan" episode would have been a better way to end the season, with this one being the start to the next.

or not

I don't have a problem killing of Rita.

From other fans I've seen online, that made about 90% of the audience happy.

But I am still kinda irked the way it was done. Doesn't fit the TK pattern. Just seemed too forced. The writers admit they kinda just came up with it last moment and didn't think about it too much.

Oh well. I am looking forward to Season 5. My money is on Deb finding out some secrets about Dex. The kids will probably stay with the grandparents, so Dex will only have to deal with Harrison.

He'll be a bit more free now to go off at night.

Didn't see that coming, but something had to break

I didn't like it that much. It seemed rushed. I thought it could have been executed better.
I'm proud of my life and the things that I have done, proud of myself and the loner I've become.
