Thanks Pommy, you basically answered my question. Mostly I was unsure about the processor but the link you posted and said was a good computer had the exact same one, the Q8300 Quad core. I know about RAM and GFX card's, but not processors but that confirms that it must be a good one. I have been searching and only able so far to find one review of the processor and it appears to do what I need/want. TY again
