How good is Assassin's Creed (PC)

Have to admit that is generally annoying.
You can't judge a book by it's file size

AC1 is worse. You don't just lose equipment. And you don't get to FIND it. The way you gain it back is totally unrewarding. Despite getting a reward!

Also, you lose skills. Altair still knows how to counter. So why the hell can't he? Because someone says you can't? Stupid.

What JM said. He suddenly doesn't know how to perform physical moves because some guy said he couldn't do them anymore? Please.

What confused me about AC2 is how Ezio knew how to scale enormous buldings with no effort from the very beginning, when he was a strapping lad with just a crush on a young girl. Game shoulda started you out confined to the streets of Florence with no ability to climb anything but ladders. God knows that would have been the only part of the game I would be able to appreciate the crowd dynamics of that game. The instant I was let loose, I scurried about the rooftops and traversed the entire city in a few minutes. Didn't set foot in the streets ever again. :hist101:
DO NOT WANT.

Something one of the heralds said cleared that up near the beginning. Also explains why they care so much about people being on rooftops, to the extent of shooting arrows at them. He said something to the effect of "It has been a recent trend for young men to climb buildings and run across the city over the rooftops. While not illegal, per se, it will inevitably end in someone breaking their legs."

I guess the game is set around the invention of parkour >.>

Actually JM that is a very valid point. You couldn't relearn how to grab ledges until an old man tell you so...

Someone potentially breaking their own legs is justifiable means to shoot them?

Yes! And anyone else who decides to frolic amongst the rooftops! Including the Hogfather!
