I was actually thinking about getting a PS3 too. Any thoughts / tips on deals, etc?

COMPLETELY agree on the AC2 suggestion. But I do suggest that you play Assassin's Creed first (it's only 20, which is good) as it will help things make more sense in the sequel. Particularly in the beginning. It's not necessary, but I really do suggest it.

They are fantastic.
And both the new Ratchet and Clank games.

Infamous is excellent.

I recently got a PS3 as well, only have inFAMOUS, and haven't even opened it. My problem is I played all the other good games on my buddies PS3 with him so... Sucks.
