what I meant by that was Im a fossil, I bet that im older than you, but age is only a number.

igneous rock is very new and does not contain fossils, only the impressions of objects that are burned away by the solidifying lava :science:

I guess I stand correct. I knew igneous is volcanic rock, but would it more likely be metamorphic?

I served from 1986-1990 in the 3rd Armored Division 3/15 Air Defense Artillery
around Frankfurt Germany, I guess Im an old fart to.
