Make sure you get a brand name PSU for that. I'd recommend an Antec or Enermax. A power supply is something that nobody should ever skimp on.

And yeah, always pay in full, upfront, or else you'll end up paying 10-30% more money for the computer. (If you go with some of those 35 dollars a month over 5 year plans, you can actually still be paying for the computer after you stop using it, and if you add it all up, you pay more monies. Which is bad.)
