I case some of you guys didnt hear about this yet, its basically just a handy organization of Control Panel Features, probably used by Windows DevTeam.

It's just a Windows shell folder that opens up the "All Tasks" Control Panel item (I think they hid it in Windows 7 RTM and maybe RC, but it was definitely in Beta).

The "GodMode" text means nothing, and the GUID on the end can be changed to the GUID for any other Control Panel item (like Action Center, Backup and Restore, etc.).

People still use control panel? You can access every one of those entries just by searching from the start menu.
