Either the GeForce GTS250 or Radeon HD 4850. Or an HD 5750 if I find it relatively cheap.

Might I ask why exactly you are optioning to go for a Dual Core machine instead of a Tri or Quad core?

I have that exact case, it's nice! :) Big quiet fans with speed adjusters...
