I like pretty much all the alphabet after L (except T and Z aren't that great), but I voted for S. I quite like v and r, and q and u, as well.

Y is awesome because it single-handedly (if letters had hands. single-serifly?) represents the difference between spoken and written language. The distinction between 'vowel' and 'consonant' is one of spoken language, one which written language does not adhere to - as shown in English by the letter Y, representing either a vowel or a consonant depending on the context.
