If anyone else just started, maybe we'll have to catch up one of these nights and get some co-op going. I just got up to level 10 in one sitting...it's quite addicting.

I started as a Hunter and was promptly obliterated by the first boss, so I switched to a soldier and I am much happier.

I've been trying to get someone to play, all my friends suck...

I don't really like the game as a SP game...

The Hunter scales very poorly, unless you go down the hawk path and have ultra rape hawk.

My brother is here and we could play together.., but I don't really want to shell out 50 bucks for a second copy. :/

My dad, two of my uncles and myself, just recently bought it and bluetooth headsets for the PS3. After much annoying port forwarding to get it to work, we've been having a blast. We originally started off just me and my dad, then one of my uncles joined in. My second uncle joined in last night so we decided to start new characters over. I opted to play the Soldier class and am loving it so far. I used to play the Berserker and while I did a great job with it, I love blasting **** apart with my shotgun with the soldier. I'm trying to figure out if I want a support or offensive build though. I might try and go for a hybrid.

I just played it as a singleplayer game. I tried online once when I first got it, but it was like me LvL 1, playing with some LvL 32 guys. I couldnt kill crap.

Pistol based hunter is so ridiculously kickass, especially when you get some of those high powered revolvers and stuff

I support this thread, Borderlands is awesome.

I played a Sniper-mix Hunter, but it takes a while to get enough points to really make your sniper rifle a "finger of God" weapon. If I do a second playthrough with that character I'll probably pay to redistribute my points to stack my rifle first then go from there.

Skill redistribution is quite cheap, so I tried all the different skills.

I have a lvl 50 soldier on second playthrough, about to go after the third key piece. I focused on upgrading the Scorpio turret and that thing does serious damage! Combine that with my Hunter's Bulldog shotgun with 20 round drum and Support Gunner class mod which brings that 20 up to 39 rounds, I'm a lethal SOB. Unfortunately I don't have broadband so I'm stuck in single player.

I've got a lvl 50 Berserker. I can't remember the build, but I think its a Hybrid of tanking and weapons damage. I'm on the second playthrough with him as well. I got it on PC. Love the game.
obviously you've never been able to harness the power of cleavage...

Berserker based around his berserk skill is FREAKING RIDICULOUS. Played one with 2 other people, they barely got to do anything because I was leaping from enemy to enemy, punching them each to death (which was typically one or two hits).

I play as Lilith. I think I'm level 20 or so, I'd be into playing sometime. Kinda put the game on hold because my friend went back to college.

I've enjoyed it, but I can't co-op with most of you lot, alas.

But man, I love my Atlas Ogre.
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

I also just started playing borderlands on PC. I haven't been this into a game for a looong time! I'm a soldier, level 17. Definately up for some co-op too!

I dig the art style, but I really found the black cell shaded outline around everything annoying/distracting so I found a configuration editor to turn it off.

I played split screen with my brother for a while on PS3. Haven't really played it since. Hopefully there's still people playing when I decide to go back.

I'm level 19 soldier now, focus on infantry stuff. I'm tempted to redo it for support or medic, but I might try maxing this out first.
