No. It's not. It's a premise that 99% of internet nerds seem incapable of grasping. Most of the famous women out there are pretty good looking.

It's like the old "post the hottest woman in the world" threads. Some people would post chick x, some people would post chick y, and some people would post chick z. All 3 of these women would be extremely attractive Hollywood celebrities, but we'd then have bickering about how "chick x is ugly" or "chick y is fat" etc... And it would be completely retarded because anyone can see that these women are all fundamentally attractive. You'd stick your penis in any of them if you saw them out at a bar or something.

But, no, we have idiots that say "she's UGLY!" And it's completely stupid. Jesus, I despise you, Steven, and I'm not even contemptuous enough to say "dude, you wife is UGLY!" That would be stupid because to anyone she should appear at least somewhat attractive, but not ugly.

To further cement this point, I shall make an analogous point. Transformers 2 is a terrible movie. No doubt about it. Regardless of what base level of enjoyment you get out of it, you must admit that it's just a flat-out-broken film. It doesn't make sense, and many people find it offensive. But it's got really nice looking special effects. Now, you know deep down, there are people out there stupid enough to say "And even the special effects sucked in Transformers 2."

(NOTE: The Transformers 2 reference and the hotness of Megan Fox being debated are simply coincidence. Transformers 2 sucks in nearly every way and she's a terrible actress. The point is they're both good looking, but otherwise useless.)

Your constantly-repeated reasoning for why we should all find Megan Fox attractive is because "she is" and it's just painful to read over and over.

Her celebrity status, which you also seem to be using as proof that she is attractive, is also irrelevant. Sure, there's a higher percentage of females commonly considered attractive in Hollywood than elsewhere, but there's gonna be exceptions. At the very least, it should be obvious that when people are discussing Megan Fox being ugly, they're doing so within that context, basically saying "as far as celebrities go, Megan Fox is fugly," and not "Megan Fox is uglier than most of the girls I interact with."

I understand where you're coming from... I don't find her as irrefutably attractive as you do, but I don't find her ugly... but there's no reason that scale should end at my position and not continue on to Deadman's.

Her celebrity status has nothing to do with her being hot. I know women who are more attractive than her. She's not the hottest woman on the planet or anything, and she seems like a totally worthless human being, but to say she's not pretty good looking is simply stupid.

EDIT: This sort of thing is incredibly annoying to me. It's like the people who say The Beatles suck. They might not be your cup of tea, and there might be a billion other bands that you prefer to them, but you can't present a carefully reasoned argument for why they're terrible musicians or lousy singers. I recognize the fact that her body physically captures many desirable sexual attributes, but that's not enough to make me attracted to someone. A lot of it is simply taste. I find women with unique looks to be more attractive, but I have a hard time being attracted to anyone without interacting with them first. Pictures are a hard sell.

EDIT: She also looks like my sister, only with a dumb expressing permanently stamped on her face. That doesn't really help.

In some peoples opinion, she's hot, in some, she's ugly, in mine (and even her own) she's quite manly looking.

Personally I find her manliness really obvious and it boggles my mind that anyone cannot look at her and go "yeah, she could easily have a penis"

Now I know nothing of her personality, as I don't follow the celeb lifestyles or any such crap, so what I say is based completely on her physical appearance, which is manly =p

My philosophy with a chick like Megan Fox is like this. The difference between the aggressiveness of a rattle snake and a non-poisonous snake is a rattle snake knows it has a deadly defense system, it knows it's dangerous. Most non-poisonous are less aggressive. Megan Fox knows that she is highly attractive, and she is probably in love with herself, but she has to remember something, she's not a Goddess if she think is, there are alot of women out there that are just as attractive or more and may have a more attractive personality than she does, and provide a better acting performance than she could.
