On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst strip on xkcd, and 10 being the best, I'd rate this one as a 3.

The pill that makes people kill themselves made my face clear up in months after years of failed products and natural soaps. It could have also been timed right with it naturally clearing up, but the results were pretty sudden.

And I laughed even after accidentally looking ahead.

But why is it so gnarly and strange? It's like it's connected between two points, the buccinator doesn't do that.

I agree, this may be one of my favorites. 391 (anti-mindvirus) is still my absolute favorite, though (and 301-405 is probably the best ~100 strip span).
