Wow. I've just started playing this game, gone through a couple levels and it's ALREADY impressive. The voice acting, the gameplay, the GRAPHICS, everything about it is...amazing. Seriously, I sense another StarCraft here. If the story lives up to it, at least.

It gives you an EERIE feel of starcraft, almost like you're playing it as it would play today. The only difference is the gameplay, sort of. Formations, units, the lack of resource management, but other than that, it feels a lot like StarCraft.

If you're a lover of good RTS', I suggest picking this up.

The demo rocked. I plan on getting it as soon as I have the money (so probably no time soon). Besides having the best graphics in a strategy game, ever, I love the little details like how vehicles have stronger armor on their fronts than their sides.

Ground control 2? alright.. I will get it :P.. and home world seems pretty good for a RTS.. and when I played earth and beyound the MMORPG that was a good one to play also..

The micromanagement in it is insane, you actually USE the formations, the little details can kill you. Everything's just so friggin awesome. Not only that, but this game has got to be the most BEAUTIFUL RTS ever. Hell it even pushes a lot of FPS into the dust graphics-wise.

Ground Control 2 is a pretty good game. I was hooked on playing the demo online for a good while about a month ago. The nice thing about this game unlike others is that you don't have to worry about dealing with an economy by collecting resources by gathering them spots on the map with worker units. Instead, all you have to do is just keep the kill rate high and you'll get AP to spend on more units. A game like that that focus on straight combat is what makes it one hell of a fun game.

Yeah, I bought the original when it first came out but that was loooong ago, so I redownloaded it from fileplanet and played through the missions. The graphics may not be cutting-edge, and the sound screws up sometimes, but it's still hella fun.

This time however, the sounds AND graphics are amazing. Sorry if I keep ranting, but this is the first time in a long time I've thought about an RTS outside of playing it. SC being the last one.
