Why does this happen! (public wifi)

9 times out of 10 when I try to use the wifi at my school I get this error. I have no problem accessing their login system that shows up when I open a browser, but if I try to visit a site after I do that, this is what I get.

Tried Chrome and IE, same thing. Problem on my end? Theirs? Wtf.

Every now and then it will randomly NOT give me this error and work fine for a little while, then give me the error, then it will go away again. But it usually gives me the error. .(

Were you using privoxy as an ad-blocker? If so, turn it off.

Try updating your wifi drivers. The ones that come with the factory are ****.

Looks like you're running ToR or something.

Well it says right there it's running on your computer. :P

It comes with Tor if you installed it.

Agreed. Localhost (127.0.0.1) is you. This appears to possibly be a firewall issue on your computer relating to this Privoxy program. To quickly test, try temporarily disabling your firewall and try again.

Privoxy would be running in your tray. I think it's a blue circle with a white P in the middle.
