I was just going to pick up my DAO game where I left off after the Mass Effect 2 hiatus. Coincidently I upgraded my 360 hard drive a little while ago (wiped and sold the old one) and did not copy the Stone Prisoner DLC over (no means to) figuring I could download it again as you can with anything you purchase on Live.

So I just started up DAO and it won't let me load my game, that's all right, I just forgot to download TSP again, oh wait, the "EA Servers" give me some bull**** error message and in Live marketplace, it shows I have never purchased TSP and wants me to pay again.

Apparently this is a fairly widespread problem mainly for people that tried to download TSP with the code that comes with the game new. So I am not the only one, and I just lost 50+ hours of progress on my Warrior.

I'm noticing EA is just an all out terrible company when it comes to DLC and customer support. An example of this would be the free DLC from Dr. Pepper bottlecaps. My sister avidly plays the sims 3, and I helped her register her code to download some random object she wanted, when it loaded into the launcher it gave me an error. (thank god my ME2 helmets downloaded alright though)

After emailing customer support the only thing they could tell me was that it was a "widespread problem" they were "aware of" and they "appreciate my patience until the issue is resolved". While not as severe as what you have experienced, it definitely adds to EA's inferiority in this particular scenario.
