My PC's motherboard just went under and I need to buy a new one. The problem is its an ancient model meaning I'll have to replace CPU and memory along with it. I could spare at best 500$ CAN.

Can you suggest me a respectable motherboard, cpu, 4gb ram combo that would fit my low budget? Something that could hopefully last me a few years and run current day games decently.

Could you be more specific on the part names, Tibby? What suppliers and types are these from?

Also, bump for more input!

Thanks for the site. Do they ship to canada?

I'm also looking for actual part names, because I have no ****ing clue what to get anymore. I've been out of the loop for a long, long time.

if 750 refers to the processor, intel core i5-750 ($200 on newegg)
p7p55d is likely the motherboard, but I don't know the exact part he's looking for
For ram, just look at the supported ram for the mb and get that

You can get significantly cheaper if you go for an older core 2 duo or something instead of the i5-750.

500 isn't really low budget for Mobo/Cpu/Ram

Sorry I couldnt answer you sooner, Im not sure if they do, but if it doesnt say about shipping locations in the website there is probably a toll free number there, I think.
