Good question Miranda! Youtube has just introduced its new auto-captioning system, so that deaf people will no longer miss out on the great dialogue included in Mass Effect 2. Among other things.

Go into your account options to turn on captioning.

It doesn't work with HTML5 though :(

Basically it automatically creates the captions using voice recognition. I don't know why it works on some videos and not others.

The last one was hilarious.

Just do a video search on YouTube and in the search options select Closed captions.

And the reason it only works on some videos is probably becuase it isn't generated on the fly. I could be wrong though.
