Basically, I just spent the past several hours at the hospital with my grandmother. She has congestive heart failure and her kidneys just shut down. Its no longer a matter of if, but when. Toss some vibes my way if you could, I could use them right about now.
obviously you've never been able to harness the power of cleavage...

I'm so sorry to hear it. The waiting game just makes a difficult situation so much worse. <3 Vibes!
Fincham: Where are you going?
Me: I have no idea
Fincham: I meant where are you sitting. This wasn't an existential question.

You have my sympathy, Outlaw. It's not easy dealing with the death of a loved one. I know because I've been there. And I imagine it's probably even harder when you can see it creeping up and there's nothing you can do about it. Just remember, that dying is just another part of living (thanks Forrest Gump). It's going to happen to everyone, and it's a natural and inevitable progression. Accept it, and use the remaining time you have with her to say goodbye, and to prepare yourself mentally and emotionally for her passing.

I wish you, your family, and all the souls your grandmother has touched during her time on earth all the best, man. *vibes*

I went through something like this with my Grandma last year. It's tough and painful and lasts a little while, but its an inevitable part of life that will make you wiser. I'll put my thoughts into vibes for you.

My grandmother went through the same. It was nice when she was no longer in pain, at least.

First off, thank you all for the support. Its made this quite bearable. My grandmother passed at 4 am this morning and while it does sadden me, I know she is in a better place. Again, thank you all.
