I'm looking for a cheap desktop to take up to Alaska with me, to supplement my netbook. Is something like that worth $90? I've got a couple older video cards sitting around.

- Pentium 4 Processor at 3GHz
- 240 Pin DDR-2 RAM at 1 Gigabyte (some machines have 2GB RAM installed)
- Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics or PCI Express x16 DVI video card
- Floppy drive
- DVD ROM drive

90$ for a premade one? Sure. But if you scrounge tech parts you could build something that good for free. Also try and get the extra RAM, more RAM is always good.
E: I have one of those exact computers, although I cleaned it out and replaced everything. I can attest that the case is well made.

That's better than my desktop PC (except that I have a decent graphics card). :(
? :)

Thanks a lot for providing significant evidence that my current computer (a laptop) is worth LESS than $90.

Don't be so hard, I paid 600 CAD for a computer that would cost 3-400 at a Microcenter.
We don't have those in Canada :(
