Anybody here do Crossfit? I've heard of it before but never looked into. I have to say it's added some variety into my workouts.

I've been meaning to do these exercises more. Happydud recommended it to me. They're rough, but work well.

I was actually considering starting kickboxing (and then perhaps later Muai Thai) mainly for fitness purposes. But I've got to get some running done first so that I wouldn't be totally destroyed when/if I decide to start kickboxing.

What are your long term goals? Strength? Endurance? What kind of other activities do you do? Do you want to workout/do Crossfit just to work out, or are you hoping it will improve performance in another activity?

Crossfit is pretty great for a lot of things, and if you're going to a good crossfit afiliate they can help you even better. If you don't know much about programming, the crossfit WOD is definitely a great way to go.

Give me a better idea of what you're looking for/to do and I can help target you a bit better.

Almost one day out of the week, I'll join a couple friends of mine that has the P90X program in between my weight training days. It definitely kicks ASS!
