Old news by 5 years, but I have finally found a surviving beta of AKPiggott's "Enter the Dark Lord" for Jedi Academy. As you may remember.

The level ends at the hangar where you receive the goal to meet with Mohc at the control room. There is no control room! Sniff.

Pretty rudimentary stuff but especially the cutscenes show there could have been a lot of potential. No idea about the exact plot but eeriely enough it seemed to be similar to TODOA's (which was 25% a spiritual successor to this project anyway). The Emperor talking animations look jarring, though.

So yeah, I thought I'd post this thread since I assume not many people played the betas when they were public back in 2005 (and I played that beta like yesterday). Hail Piggott!

His BoaM series were much better than MotS's original content, I think. I wonder what he's up to - hopefully, doing whatever it is that he likes doing best for a living. :)
