Yea I crafted all 4 things I could... to not get it. I'm not throwing away my good weapons for it though :colbert:

I crafted most of my stuff for it, except a few key weapons I couldn't live without. At least I got enough metal to get a good hat...

The engineer spam as of late is insane. Probably will die down after a few days, but it's SGs galore.

I do question the wrangler, is there is a reason NOT to use that over the pistol? If you get another engineer to repair your SG while you use your wrangler, you can keep an area pretty much under lockdown. Find a good nice area or chokepoint, and the wrangler becomes devastating.

Sniping can be brutal, since you have to show your head to aim at anything really. I've tried hiding behind sentries, but they actually don't block much if the sniper is careful, while you're wrangling.

Demoman can still wreck you, obviously. Especially smart ones that will attack at angles you can't see.

Also, you have to watch your health. It's all downhill if you die, and unfortunately if you're camping by your dispenser, you usually can't see out to shoot anything. Thus, while you heal, you have a useless sentry.

I'm still not sure myself as to the balance of it, but I do love the idea.

The Wrangler is definitely fun to use, and opens up to alot of new playstyles. I also love how you can do "sentry jumping" with it to reach new places to put a new SG.

I do admit that engineers who are too occupied using the Wrangler are prime target for spies thanks to do lack of lock-on and 3 second delay. But I think it will provide much more power to skilled engineers, especially now you can spy check with rockets.

Using the Wrangler on those new mini-sentries is kinda humorous.

The best thing is being on the blue team and building up a level 3 sentry with the wrench, and switching to the Gunslinger to pick it up and set it down, and it becomes red and tiny :). I'm not sure if the color swap works when you're on the red team, haven't tried.

Last time I did this (yesterday) I also discovered that you can't repair the tiny red sentry... not sure why. The whole thing might just be a glitch.

Well the cute mini-sentry is suppose to be cheap and disposable. You can't repair it because you just place a new one easily.

It's so cute.

the best glitch. when people didn't realize you could do it, and you'd set your tiny red level3 sentry in a row of big blue level 3 sentries. precious! They'd be like "It's a spy!"

I'm disappointed. I was under the impression that the engie would be able to lay more than one 'mini-sentry'
