Saw this just now... not sure I'm okay with that!

I'm not OK w/ a lot that Facebook has been doing these days. I'd cancel my account if it wasn't for my wife (it's an easy way for her to keep in touch w/ her family & friends in France). I don't really feel the need to belong to a virtual mutual admiration society.

I was always ok giving it to facebook (maybe I shouldn't have been), but I didn't like it when apps that were clearly thrown together in 5 minutes by any old Joe Numpty asked for access to my data.

What worried me was when you had actively deceitful apps that other people had installed that said things like "Fred Bloggs has commented on your [whatever]. Click here to see what they said..." Obviously clicking the link led you to the same type of screen dud posted at the top. It's worrying that hundreds of my friends had allowed such apps access to all their data.

Another problem is that one your friends accepted one of those apps, some of them had access to your info as well. FB's gone downhill lately, holding out to see if they dig the hole too much deeper.

Facebook is really tightening up on what apps are allowed to do with your friends data, I don't know the specifics but apparently it's an improvement in terms of privacy.

What are you saying here man it's hard to tell because you're acting like the people you disagree with are total ****ing morons and it doesn't make sense to me. You should have added a "HURR HURR" in there to complete the picture!
