No. Well, at least I don't think so. For the last several years, "Chad Vader" has been hired to do the voice a lot. He did the voice for Vader in The Force Unleashed as well.

I'm almost positive that's James Earl Jones. Especially the laugh near the end, you can hear more of his regular voice coming out. It's very distinctive, and Chad Vader isn't that good.
