umm.. 10 alliance to 2 horde.

(I assumed even non-WoW players would be able to see why that was a problem)

"Alliance wins"

"10 Alliance players/2 Horde Players"

I conclude from the above 2 pieces of information that Alliance and Horde are enemies that do battle.

I see 10v2.

I conclude this match was unbalanced in numbers and possibly unfair.

Uncertainty remains in not knowing the strength of a single Horde player compared to that of a single Alliance player. The fact that such an unbalance in numbers exists could hint that a single Horde player has the power of multiple Alliance members.

A certain conclusion on fairness is impossible to draw from this picture alone. But there is a reasonable amount of evidence to support that this was indeed unfair.

lol if only...

(that unbalance exists, because while we were waiting for the battle to start, the queue came up for another type of battle, and everyone that was in this one left, except me and one other player.)

The worst part about this thread is that you're playing WoW.
Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

1) how can you possibly judge the graphics after seeing some grass and the UI? (all in-game shots in case you can't tell)

2) I'm playing on a laptop. Settings are hardly max'd.

3) Yes the graphics look a little cartoony, but I personally like the style, and the overall world has a lot of variety and beauty.

World of Warcraft (WoW) ages better (graphically) then games like EverQuest (EQ) & Dark Age of Camelot (DAoC) did because it's stylized. I think it still looks decent considering that it's almost 6 years old. I can't personally play WoW (or any MMORPG for that matter) because I get addicted too easily & will forget to eat & pay attention to my wife.
? :)

agreed. To be honest, when it first came out, I was kinda turned off by the graphics, cause just from looking at screenshots, I was like "those don't look very realistic at all." But it grows on you.
