No, I've heard a claim like that before, but usually it refers to something like "arousal," not sexual stimulation, which (despite what you might think) doesn't usually mean sexual arousal, but heightened emotional response in general. Which would make sense: anger is not surprising in a homophobe being shown gay porn.

I've never bothered to look it up for myself, though, so I guess it's possible that there is some study out there that actually does refer to sexual arousal.
