Fantastic movie. It had some good moments of tension and suspense unlike 2009's Public Enemies. The shootouts kind of reminded me of Heat in its raw, visceral intensity. I'm expecting it to earn probably two oscar nominations. One for best adapated screenplay and the other would be Jeremy Renner (he was in Hurt Locker last year) for best supporting actor.

Surprisingly, Blake Lively doesn't have that much screen time despite the promotion she has been doing for he movie. She did an alright job, was kind of overshadowed by the rest of the cast. Still, I wouldn't have minded being Ben Affleck in the scene she says "Good night" to him....

8.5/10

It was decent. I thought Blake Lively was Kesha, so I guess she played the role quite well. She made trashy look pretty damn good.

I didn't really plan on seeing this, but my parents paid for the ticket and it was actually really good. I'd give it 4/5 stars easy. I thought it was alot better than Afflek's last movie, Gone Baby Gone.
