Due to his prolonged effort in shovelling the equivalent of forumed based fecal matter into our lives I feel that he deserves this award more than any other member, including recent frontrunners such as Darth_Xasthur.

Tibby is annoying because he's constantly trying to be witty to seek approval from other form members. When he makes an actual post there's no problem.
