I guess it's neat to see, but that game would absolutely destroy battery life.

Not exactly, usually augmented reality actually interacts with what you're seeing in some way. All this game does is basically use it as a background. It's not like the TIE fighters swoop between the buildings or something.

Looks like it tracks the motion of the camera. That's good enough!
